Installing a Security Camera to Catch a Thief
We are having a problem with our former tenants. For the past two months, we have not been receiving our electric bill for our rental property and couldn't figure out why. After speaking to a few of the neighbors, it appears our former tenants have been coming by and emptying the mail box. Now my husband and I have decided to install a Security Cameras System so we can catch them in the act. Interfering with mail is a federal offense, but we need proof that they are the ones doing it. It's very frustrating but, if I catch them, I know we won't have to deal with them anymore.
