Finally Learning to Listen or at Least We Hope
My brother never thinks things through. Over the years, we have tried to convince him that you need to look before you leap but it still hasn't sunk in. Now he wants to purchase real estate to rent out for profit and we all want him to get Property Investment Advice first. We have been trying to convince him for weeks that this is the best route to go and, for once, it appears he has been listening. He just came in and told us he has an appointment with a financial advisor tomorrow to discuss this venture. I just hope my brother listens to what the advisor says while he is there.
