Making Decisions About the Future
For the past three months, I having been reviewing my retirement plan. I have some concerns that I will not be covered in the event Social Security is taken away. Many say this will not happen but with our country in so much debt I have my doubts that it will be around in twenty years. I'm looking into Residential Investment Property now as that seems a good way to produce an income for the future. Just so long as renters are timely with their mortgage payment, I will always have money for the month. Yet, before I buy, I would like to make sure that I can pay this house off quickly. That's the only way it will produce income.
