Installing Flooring In An Older Home
My son Matthew recently purchased his first home. It is an older house that desperately needs some tender loving care. The first thing that he wants to do is to rip out all of the old and nasty carpet and install Unfinished Wood Flooring. He wanted to be able to choose the color of stain that he would use and he felt that this was a great value for his money. Wood flooring can increase the value of a home significantly and I feel that he made a great choice. He chose oak and this is a rich wood that will last for a lifetime.
